The Collaboration

It all begins with an idea. Sometimes the magic never transforms into something you can actually grasp (and drink!). Hopefully this wasn’t our case.

While strolling around the beautiful center of Athens in one of their wintery visits, Adelina and Andreas came up with the idea. And the Wild Caper Lager came to life because of the right place & timing of Dimitris (aka. the Brewer)!

The Main Squeeze Brewing is a new upcoming and very talented small gypsy brewing based in the greek capital.

Dimitris was close to us during the whole process and together we came up with the recipe that we truly believe captures the philosophy of Kapari Restaurant.

Respect to the local materials, flavors and history of Paros!

The Taste

This is a refreshing beer which beautifully combines the hoppy aromas with the joy of the lager character.

Light, with gentle malt aromas that give to the beer distinct notes of freshly baked bread and cracker while the hops transform into aromas of lime & lemon peels!

Some hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste is balanced from the sweet taste of the malt.

In the end we get a very refreshing “summery” lager, better served cold!
